Connecting a review source allows Flexi Review to automatically sync reviews from that platform — so you can manage and display them in one place.
What Is a Review Source? #
A review source is any platform where customers leave reviews (like Google, Facebook, Yelp, etc.). Once connected, Flexi Review will pull those reviews into your dashboard.
Step-by-Step: Connect to a Review Source #
- Log in to your Flexi Review account.
- In the main navigation, click Integrations.
- Search for the review source you want to connect (e.g., Google, Facebook).
- Click Connect next to that source.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to authenticate and authorize Flexi Review to access that source.
- For many platforms, this will redirect you to the service’s login/authorization screen.
- Once connected, Flexi Review will start syncing reviews automatically — this may take a few minutes depending on the number of reviews and source type.
What Happens After Connecting? #
- Flexi Review begins syncing reviews from the source you connected.
- You’ll see the reviews appear in your reviews dashboard where you can respond, moderate, and display them.
- Sync timing depends on the provider — some sources support near real-time syncing, others update once or twice per day.
Tips & Notes #
- For better sync frequency, use the sign-in/authentication option whenever available.
- If a sync fails initially, Flexi Review will retry and notify you if the failure persists — check your source credentials or reach out to support if needed.
- You can connect multiple review sources so you aggregate all reviews across platforms in one place.
How to Disconnect a Review Source #
If you no longer want Flexi Review to sync reviews from a particular source:
- Go to the Integrations section.
- Find the review source you want to disconnect.
- Click Disconnect.
- Confirm the action.
