By default, Flexi Coupon sends notifications to keep you informed about important customer activity. These alerts help you respond quickly and stay on top of your reviews and feedback.
Default Notification Events #
You will automatically receive notifications when:
- A customer leaves a public review
- A customer submits private feedback
These notifications ensure you never miss critical customer interactions.

How to Change Notification Settings #
To update or customize your notification preferences, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Flexi Coupon account
- Click on your avatar in the top navigation
- Select Settings from the dropdown
- Click on Notifications in the left sidebar
- Click Edit on the notification you want to change
- Save your changes
