How to Update Your Profile

Your profile contains your personal information and account settings. Keeping your profile up to date ensures that your contact details are correct and that notifications are sent to the right address.

How to Update Your Profile #

To edit your profile information in Flexi Review, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Flexi Review account.
2. Click on your avatar (profile picture) in the top navigation bar.
3. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
4. In the left sidebar, click Profile.
5. Update any of the following fields as needed:
   • Name
   • Email Address
   • Phone Number
   • Time Zone
   • Company (if applicable)
   • Other contact details
6. After making changes, click Save (or Update Profile) to apply your updates.

You should see a confirmation message after your changes are saved.

What You Can Change #

You can typically update:

• Your name — how your name appears in the dashboard and notifications.
• Email address — this is where notifications will be sent.
• Phone number — useful for SMS notifications or account security.
• Time zone — ensures timestamps on notifications and reports align with your location.
• Profile picture/avatar — upload an image to personalize your account.

Tips & Notes #

• If you update your email address, you may receive a confirmation email to verify the new address.
• Make sure your notification preferences are still correct after updating your contact information.
• If you experience any issues saving changes, try refreshing the page and re-entering your updates.
